ORLEN has commissioned a 42.2MW solar farm at Mažeikiai refinery. The 45GWh-a-year installation is expected to meet around 7% of ORLEN Lietuva’s electricity demand and reduce annual procurement costs by approximately €4 million.

Encavis is entering Italian storage with a four-hour battery project. The 65MW/260MWh Ceprano system is scheduled for commissioning in 2028 and extends the company’s Italian platform beyond its established solar portfolio.
